Sybilla Cook is the biographer of Berta and Elmer Hader. Her research has taken her from coast to coast. Berta and Elmer recognized Ruth Gagliardo as an important children’s advocate. They gave her many original pieces to use in her work with children. She donated those items to the Wichita Public Library. They can now be viewed in their Decorative Arts Collection. http://www.wichita.lib.ks.us/.com

California Art Gallery specializes in the Early California Scene Painters (1925–1955) watercolors and oils. It has one of the largest selections in the United States for this genre and includes original Elmer Hader oil paintings (available).
